Typically, the change is immediate, with one session.
To really start to do your deep work, a minimum of three sessions is recommended. The more we work together, the deeper we’ll be able to dive. I suggest that initially we set up sessions 2 - 4 weeks apart. This will help your nervous system integrate the new coding.
The Healing is happening on a Quantum level. I’ll be working with your Guides and your Higher Self to address what is coming up for you.
